Thank you for shopping with TOYFITS! Each of our outfits is handcrafted with care and made-to-order, so we appreciate your patience and understanding. Please read the following information regarding our shipping and return policies.

Processing Time
All orders are processed and handmade within 3 business days. During this period, you may contact us to cancel or modify your order. After this window, the item enters the production and shipping phase and can no longer be canceled.

Shipping Time & Method
We offer standard international shipping, which typically takes 12–15 business days after the order has been shipped. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, customs clearance, and local courier services.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable). We currently do not offer express shipping, but we are working to add this option in the future.

Returns & Cancellations
We gladly accept cancellations within the 3-day processing period. Since every item is custom-made, we do not accept returns or cancellations after shipping, as production will have already been completed.
