1. What kind of toys do your clothes fit?
Our outfits are mainly designed for collectible dolls and toys like Labubu, Molly, and similar-sized figures. Please check each product description for sizing details.

2. Are the clothes handmade?
Yes! Every piece is handcrafted with care and creativity. That means each outfit is unique and made just for your toy.

3. How long does it take to receive my order?
We need 3 business days to prepare your order. After that, shipping usually takes 12–15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

4. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within the 3-day processing period. Once the item has shipped, we’re unable to cancel or refund, as each piece is made-to-order.

5. What if my item is damaged or defective?
If there’s a quality issue, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item. We’ll sort it out and cover the return shipping if necessary.

6. Do you accept returns for other reasons?
Sorry, since all items are custom-made, we only accept returns for quality issues.
